Fallen Angels/Family with powers?

I have an idea for a story that would involve 8-12 people. I would need a mother and father, they are the fallen angels condemned to earth for reasons I haven't quite come up with yet, but you could, and 6 characters who would be their children. The children are aged 20-26. I have all the character info already worked out. Pretty much they story-line is that the mother and father are fallen angels who were condemned to live their life on earth. They are semi human and semi angels, which means they still have some type of powers to an extent, but are able to procreate. They end up having 6 children, but because of the circumstances they were told they were not allowed to have children at all once they were on earth, even though they were able to. So when they have their children they leave each one at a different orphanage/church in different states so they cannot be found. Eventually each child learns the he'she has their own ability or "gift" but doesn't know why. One of the siblings suffers from blackouts and during a blackout someone comes to her (probably her mother or father, that's up to you) and tells her of her other siblings, which starts her on her own quest to find out the truth behind that. You would be able to develop your character as you wanted to, sticking to the abilities/gifts I have given them, but they would be able to live how they wanted, or they could find out about their siblings as well and go off looking for them. I do have one character who went a little crazy and murdered someone, but doesn't remember it. She is the first sibling that the first girl finds and the state releases her into her custody, so those two would most likely be rping together the most.
I would also need people to be hunters, or other angels looking for the siblings.

Sorry if this seems a little odd and doesn't really make sense. It's an idea I had for a story that never really panned out and I still think it's a pretty good idea. If it took off and had enough people I would probably eventually use some ideas to go into a story. Of course if I did that I would make sure it was okay and credit the correct people for any writing I took from them. So just let me know on here or shoot me a pm if you think it sounds interesting.
It seems to come over much easier when I speak to someone about it rather than typing it.

I could even enter some other characters as potential love interest or friends if enough people were interested.
