Bath Rugby Inside Out: The Future of the Rec

As many of you are already aware, the Charity Commission has now published it's Scheme for the use of the land at the Rec.

We would like to urge all supporters to have their say on the future of the Recreation Ground, and you have until the end of December to participate.
Following the Recreation Ground Trust's recent proposal to the Charity Commission regarding the usage of the Rec, you can now make your views known by filling in the short questionnaire found here or you can send it in writing to:

Charity Commission
PO Box 1227
Liverpool, L69 3UG

In deciding whether to confirm the Scheme, the Charity Commission will take into account all representations that it receives during that period, both for and against, so it is important that everyone's views are heard.
Nick Blofeld, Bath Rugby Chief Executive, said: "We wholeheartedly support the Recreation Ground Trust's proposal for the Recreation Ground and look forward to the Charity Commission's decision after the statutory notice period. We would also like all our supporters to comment on the Charity Commission's Scheme during the consultation period throughout December.

"We will continue to work with all interested parties with the aim of achieving a positive outcome for the Club and the residents of Bath, and will come forward with more detailed plans for Bath Rugby to remain at the Rec in due course after this stage of the process is complete."
