So, why else are the sprouts so good for you? And why don?t we hear your doctor talk about them? Why don?t you see commercials on benefits of eating sprouts or on improving your health. Hmmm?. right?

Any case, I?ve added sprouts to my diet that i buy from grocery stores?and found them to help improve overall good feeling and also how i go in the mornings. I also do my opwn sprouts. I soak raw garbanzo beans and green lentils for 24 ? 36 hours and drain the water in a colander and let them sprout. ?I add a fistful of them to my meals for the next 5-6 meals? How cool ? right? Do this about 2-3 times (or more) a month, you will be all set with your daily vitamins and nutrients?

One caution though, make sure you wash the grain well and soak them fully and often change water until 2 days usually?

I?d say adding sprouts to your diet is the single most powerful and affordable way to improve your health and wellness.

Add sprouts to your life and watch your life sprout!

You will probably get your groove back! ;)
